Aron Walker is a Technical Support Engineer at Nikon Precision and performs advanced troubleshooting to support precision lithography equipment. Aron is personally interested in thermal and electrical systems, Aerospace, Automotive, and the Semiconductor Industry.
Proactively identified and troubleshot precision lithography equipment issues to ensure customer expectations were exceeded. Assisted customer in troubleshooting highly technical process related issues and optimization opportunities.
Sucessfully managed human, tools, and machine resources in conjunction with the customer to maximize machine availability in a production environment.
Developed a track record of high quality, thorough, and well documented work on Nikon’s lithography tools.
Designed a safety structure to mitigate a fall hazard and solved a reliability issue with a dam’s spillway gate.
Lead club meetings, events with industry guests, and projects including the Shell Eco Marathon Team.
Planned club events, marketed club to students to increase membership, coordinated logistics for Shell Eco Marathon team, lobbied OSU to gain additional support for the club.
Placed 2nd out of 30+ Teams from all over the world with over 8,600 MPGe.
Lead club meetings, managed the Shell Eco Marathon team, marketed the club to students and increased club to twice it's existing memebership, lobbied to the school for the club and obtained twice the level of funding as compared to the year prior. Managed four capstone projects for the Shell Eco Marathon Team to ensure that the deliverables were high quality and what was needed for the Shell Eco Marathon cars.
Placed 2nd out of 30+ teams from all over the world. Won an award for having the best prototype vehicle deisgn.
Placed 2nd, only losing to the current world record holder for the most efficient vehicle.
